shipping

General

All purchases will be shipped within 3-5 days of purchasing from Ohio. If delays are expected, oiseau will contact customers via the email provided when checking out. 

 

Shipping Materials

In an effort to lower our enviromental impact, we utilize recyled shipping materials when avialable. Artwork is very fragile, so it is packed tight in the shipping boxes. Please be gentle when unpacking to not damage your artwork. Any damages done after arrival are not the respondsibility of oiseau (refer to return area below). 

 

Shipping Locations

We currently ship only to the continental United States.

 

Communicarion & Tracking

You will receive an email once your pacakage has shipped with tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to process your pacakages location before contacting us.

 

Delivery, Lost/Stolen, Shipping Error

Once the pacakage is delivered, oiseau is not respondsible for any lost or stolen pacakages. If your package is missing through USPS, please reach out to them at (800) 275-8777. For UPS please call (800) 742-5877. If a package is returned due to customer error (example: incorrect name, address or package refusal), the customer may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. To re-ship the package, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipment charges.

General

It is our pleasure to provide each client with unique artwork! In efforts to to make sure you are happy with your purchase, we provide a 30 day return policy if you are not satified. This does exclude and artwork that is a commision or one-of-a kind painting. All returns must be returned in the same condition as received.  All shipping charges will be the respondsiblity of the customer, and will not be covered by oiseau. Once the return is received by oiseau, we will review the item and issue a refund (less the shipping fees).

 

Damages

If an artwork or item is damaged upon arrival, please contact Abby at abby@oiseau.co within 3 days of the delivery. Customers will need to provide photos and detailed information on the damages to help us make an insurance claim with the carrier. Beyond the 3 days, oiseau is not respondsible for any damages. 

Original Paintings & Commisions 

If your piece was a custom commission or one-of-a-kind painting, there are no refunds or exchanges. Sales items are final.

refunds

General

If your purchase is returned within 30 days, and is an approved returnable item, a refund will be processes within 7 business days of receiving that return. For damages, please make a claim by emailing abby@oiseau.co and your email will be returned within 3 business days to discuss a possible refund. There are no refunds on original paintings or commisioned work.
