Kick back with fellow artists for a relaxed evening at a local flower farm. Set up your easel, grab some snacks and drinks, and paint the night away surrounded by flowers. It's the perfect escape from the city buzz—just good vibes, good company, and plenty of creative inspiration.

WHY
Recently I traveled to Hayden Run Farm for a photoshoot and during that shoot I felt so inspired by the land and felt a sense of calmness away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
I had been looking for a new opportunity for artist and creatives in the community, and I think this is it!
At Eve of Easels we will travel to the farm, enjoy provided charcuterie and light refreshments (non-alcoholic), pick a spot to get cozy and set up our easels to paint/draw. The farm is full of inspiration from the beautiful flowers to the farmland that surrounds you. Giving us all some new inspiration and a chance to connect with nature and relax.
You can come by yourself and zone out, sign up with a friend, or meet a new artist in the community. The event is from 4pm-7pm but you can come and go as you please within that time frame.
It will be VERY casual and just a time to be creative :)
WHAT DO I BRING
Easel, blanket or stool to sit on, paint and supplies, canvas or paper to create your work
WHAT WILL BE PROVIDED
I will bring some light refreshments (non-alcoholic), individual charcuterie boxes, art history books, and some extra blankets/easels in case someone forgets theirs!
I love to create my own canvases with 1"x2" pine boards, and wrap them in raw cotton canvas material. If you would like to purchase a canvas you can! Please note that on the form below, with the size you would like to purchase.
HOW TO SIGN UP
Please fill out the below sign-up form! This event is limited to 10 people, and people will be chosen on a first come first serve basis. Once you have filled out the form, I will send you a payment link to purchase your ticket.
TICKET COST
Tickets are $60/person which goes towards the booking of the venue, refreshments, and coordination of the event. Once you fill out the form, Abby will email you payment instructions!
PARKING
Free parking at the farm!
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations up to 7 days prior to September 10th will be refunded 100%. If you cancel 4-6 days prior to the event, you will be refunded 50% of the ticket cost. Any cancellations after 4 days prior to the event will not receive a refund.
We do have a rain date set as September 11th. Please make sure if you sign up that you are available both the 10th and 11th. If both days get rained out, you will receive a full refund.
